Overview

Shopfi (“we”, “us”) provides payment orchestration for AI shopping agents. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the controls you have. We collect the minimum needed to run the platform and never sell your data.

Information we collect

  • Account data — name, email and authentication identifiers when you register or sign in with Google.
  • Merchant data — business name, website, industry and Stripe Connect identifiers used to settle payments.
  • Transaction metadata — agent attribution, protocol, amount and status for each settled payment.
  • Usage & cookies — session cookies to keep you signed in and aggregate analytics to improve the product.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies: an essential session cookie for authentication, and an optional analytics cookie that only runs after you accept via the consent banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data. Declining analytics never affects access to your dashboard.

How we use data

To authenticate you, settle and attribute payments, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and improve the platform. We process payments through Stripe and the relevant agent payment networks; we never store raw card numbers.

Data sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers required to operate (e.g. Stripe for settlement, our database host) and when legally required. These providers are bound by their own data-protection obligations.

Your rights

You can access, export or delete your account data at any time from Settings, or by emailing privacy@shopfi.dev. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
