Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Shopfi you agree to these terms. If you are using Shopfi on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

Shopfi provides a unified API and dashboard to accept payments from AI shopping agents across supported protocols. We may add, change or deprecate protocols and features over time, with reasonable notice for material changes.

Shopfi charges a flat 1% platform fee per settled transaction. Underlying network and processor fees (e.g. Stripe, card networks, chains) are separate and set by those providers. There is no monthly fee.

You are responsible for the legality of what you sell, for accurate merchant information, for safeguarding your API keys, and for complying with the rules of the payment networks you enable.

No fraud, money laundering, prohibited goods, or attempts to disrupt the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the connected networks' policies.

Shopfi is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
